“I was very disappointed with the service at MoonLight Motel. They do not answer phone calls, and the level of communication is very poor. It’s frustrating when you need assistance and can't reach anyone. I hope they improve their customer service.”

“we (backpacker couple) spent one night at Moonlight Motel for 15K. the bed was very big and comfortable. towels, toilet paper, mosquito net, WIFI and breakfast omelette, bread and milk tea included. hot water to fill up the bucket was there. not much noise at night. friendly and helpful staff. would highly recommend for the easygoing travelers.”

“Here are the things that you should expect: 1. Bad attitude from the manager. 2. Loud music from the bar between 6pm to 1Am. 3. Noise from the rooms until 4Am sex and music. 4. Expensive price almost a rip-off. 5. Breakfast is an egg daily with milk tea which is not great or water with light coffee flavor. 6. Bathroom water is cold. 7. Bathroom water is white sometimes. 8. Bathrooms are disgusting. 9. Black worms in the sink holes are normal. 10. Fake reviews from people who work or associate to the motel in google maps and elsewhere. 11. Expect maintenance to be done while you are staying in the room. 12. You can’t tell who works here so better always take your money and expensive stuff with you. 13. One power outlet. 14. Dirty mirror. 15. Bed and sheets smells like semen, spit, sweat and body fluids of a thousand people. 16. No one speak good English here expect for the manger with the attitude. 17. Not that great location. 18. Bring you bathroom products with you. 19. Don’t except to be treated very good here. 20. Once you paid you will have to ask a lot for little things like changing your bed sheets or cleaning your room.”
