âVery Chaotic!
The level of disorganization at this hospitalâs gynaecology department is completely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that there was no proper system in place. We were given a number, yet there was no screen, announcement, or any visible structure to indicate when our turn would come. Instead, patients were entering and exiting the doctorâs office in a chaotic, unregulated manner.
When we asked the nurse who was next in line, she called number 3, then number 4, despite the fact that numbers 6 through 13 had already left. Even more frustrating, number 3 had been gone for over an hour but was allowed to return and be seen ahead of everyone else. How is it fair that someone can leave for such a long time and still skip ahead of those who remained waiting?
This is beyond disorganizedâit is outright disrespectful to paying patients. Why bother handing out numbers if they mean nothing? Why should people wait patiently while others exploit a broken system? It is appalling that a facility charging 100% in cash delivers such a low standard of service.
The entire experience felt like being at an underfunded rural clinic rather than a professional hospital. For the price patients are paying, they deserve better than this mess. The lack of coordination, fairness, and efficiency is shocking and incredibly disappointing. This hospital needs urgent improvements, or it risks losing the trust of its patients entirely.â

âwish there is space for no star . I brought a patient he had bleeding the doctor didnt know he had bleeding,he gave him tramadol , they told me they don't have scanning machine, when I requested they checked him, they were too slow even to transfer patient to King Faisal hospital they were delayed untill the patient died. They took him to do scanning n day is internal organ had puncture through the accident.
In conclusion
Don't bring any emergency case to this hospital, the doctors are slow and inexperience, and rude.
And don't even know when the patient have an emergency.â

âWorst hospital in kigali.
No elevator in whole of hospital. I don't know who allowed them to open a hospital.
Very poor standards of care..
There are no female gynaecologists here - strange..
Cleanliness is sub standard...
Avoid this place it's more like a government school rather than hospital..â

âDelivery service is really good , despite the language barrier. Thereâs this guy in the delivery room who really motivated me to pushed my baby out easily. May God bless you and to my GYN Doctor Claude more grace. The young lady with the low hair was called for this work honestly . Unfortunately I was caught in the moment looking at my cute son and didnât take photos at the hospital. But your service is top notch đđœâ
