Nature Kigali

“I didn't stay in a room but a friend is. I gave 3 stars on room because this is a resort circled around children but there is no fridge or microwave or kettle in the only 6 rooms. Parents need to store milk and food for children. Parents need to heat food and bottles. This made it difficult on my friends. Service also got 3 stars because there wasn't really anyone come to ask us if we wanted anything. One of us had to go ask for water. Then she also had to go ask if we can order food. It took about an hour for them to cook after order. We figured the time it took means it was being cooked fresh. Now location is where they got a 5 star. I don't mean map location. The compound itself is an oasis for couples with children. They have a nice playground and a petting zoo. They have cats roaming the grounds. Not so much that they are begging and bother you but just cute. The best part of all. There is no cover charge you pay nothing to enter. There is no minimum to buy either. This may be why it took someone to go find staff to order. They don't bother people who come in just for a free place to take their children to play. It seems this place is all about children having fun even if they are not paying customers. In the restroom toilet facility they even have diapers available if someone didn't bring one. The attention to free entertainment for children and even the diapers in the bathroom on the changing table made me bring this from 3 star to 4.”

“Nature Kigali feels like home away from home. Nice comfortable couches. A nice and calm environment. Nice service. The kids love it. There is a playground and nice menue for kids( their margarita pizza for kids is quite good). And the food is also good in general. If you want a quiet and relaxing place where you can wind down and let your kids play as you watch them, Nature kigali is definitely the place to be.”

“I didn't stay at this place, but my kids and I have been regulars since we arrived in Kigali. First we hosted my oldest's birthday there, which was amazing and we continued to come afterwards. Nature Kigali provides a perfect balance of kids' activities (playgrounds, animals, and entertainer) with relaxed adult hangout in nature. The food menu is also quite inclusive for kids and adults with various dietary needs, including lots of vegetation options. The service is also exceptional in terms of friendly and helpful communication with staff, flexibility of menu, food is prepared fast, and they accept all major credit cards. Last but not least, the location is extremely convenient. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone, and especially families with kids.”
