“I visited a room that was nice. I booked one the following week and was very disapointed.. the water doesnt evacuate normally, mirors are damaged, etc... No smart tv, washing a shirt costs 1.500 francs... I have been removed to à room that was supposed to be better but i found even more problems. No hot water, a lot of noise from constructions in the hôtel.... Visit your room during the day just before you pay, check everything and dont expect à good service.”

“The worst designed bathroom of any hotel I have ever been in, for some reason the shower was the highest point in the bathroom so water ends up everywhere, no curtain and the windows faces the main street. We also got a twin despite having booked a double. Has a nice pool area and we enjoyed the food we had.”

“Kigaliview Hotel has a great location near shops, banks, MTN, and the market. My room was OK with a fantastic view but there was a very bad smell from the toilet. I think they have a sewage issue because my daughter said the same about her room. The staff are very friendly and helpful thousome if them don't speak English. Food was good with limited options but was fresh and cooked very well. Breakfast is included free for all guests. There is a good swimming pool with a beautiful sitting area around it that added a lot to the hotel. It's located outside the hotel on floor 1. The reception is on floor 2, and the rooms are on 3, 4 and 5. I recommend it and will give 4 stars if the sewage issue is solved.”
