“I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Kigali from Sunday, 22 February to Wednesday, 25 February 2026 for a business visit. Overall, the stay was comfortable and met most expectations. The room was adequate and functional, suitable for a short business stay. The food selection was acceptable, with a reasonable variety, though nothing particularly outstanding. One aspect I appreciated was the staff support, when I needed to print a report urgently, the team was very helpful and assisted me efficiently, which made a real difference during a tight schedule. The amenities were fine and in line with expectations for this category of hotel. However, I found the hotel transport pricing to be quite high compared to other available alternatives in Kigali, which may be worth reviewing. Housekeeping was an area that could be improved. On two consecutive days, the room was not cleaned until I specifically requested it, which was a bit disappointing. In summary, Park Inn Kigali is a reliable and business-friendly hotel with helpful staff and decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping consistency and transport pricing.”

“Park Inn by Radisson Kigali I recently spent a day at the gym, spa, and swimming pool at Park Inn by Radisson Kigali, and it was exactly the reset I needed. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, clean, and professionally organized. The atmosphere alone made me feel relaxed. I started at the gym, and I loved how modern and well-maintained the equipment was. There was enough space to move freely, and the environment felt motivating but not overcrowded. I had such a productive workout, and the natural light coming in made it even better. After the gym, I headed to the spa, which was my favorite part. The space was peaceful, with soft lighting and a soothing scent that instantly made me unwind. The whole experience felt luxurious and calming, like I had traveled somewhere far away just to relax. Finally, I enjoyed some time at the swimming pool. The water was clean and refreshing, and the setting felt private and comfortable. Sitting by the pool after swimming, just soaking in the peaceful vibe, was the perfect way to end the day. It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience.”

“My personal experience was very good. The team was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had gone there for a business meeting, and it was a success. Although there was a small delay in setting up our space due to another meeting that had been scheduled there, the team handled it professionally and ensured everything was arranged properly. Overall, it was a positive experience.”

The atmosphere is incredibly serene, and the entire property is kept very neat, making it the perfect environment for anyone looking to decompress or focus. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: * 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳: Truly helpful and attentive. They contribute significantly to the hotel's welcoming vibe. * 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: The space is well-designed and peaceful. It delivered exactly the "quiet" I was looking for. 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: * 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀: I experienced some confusion about room-service food pricing, which led to a few surprises on the bill. There was also a mix-up with my order during my stay. It seems there is a breakdown in the communication process—perhaps due to language/accent barriers or order-taking protocols—that needs to be tightened to eliminate these errors. * 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: I did notice a mild foul smell from the sewage/drainage in the bathroom. To be fair to the team, I didn't report this during my stay, so they didn't have a chance to fix it. It's something management should look into for future guests. Overall, a great stay for those valuing tranquillity. With a few tweaks to their administrative and communication processes, this would be an easy 5-star experience.”

“Reception on check in was timely with excellent service, my room was so neatest and clean, restuarant service and food was exceptional and service coincidentally serviced by Fabiola for my days here.
