“This Italian spot inside the Marriott is a reliable go-to for solid pasta and pizza. Menu covers classics.. wood-fired pizzas, risottos, handmade pastas, antipasti. Fresh ingredients and decent execution. Post-2025 refresh, the new head chef has tightened things up. Seafood (like prawns and fish) sourced fresh from Tanzania Portions are generous, presentation clean. Not revolutionary but hotel Italian done right. Comforting after a long day. Service is warm and efficient. Ambiance sleek with open views”

“this is a fine Italian restaurant, inside the Kigali Marriott Hotel. i had a hard time finding real italian carbonara since it’s my favorite dish, and i’m in love with everything pasta. also great attentive waiters! the food is very tasty and well presented. the pricing is quite reasonable. the portion could have been a bit bigger, but overall this was a real carbonara and i liked it.”

“This has to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Kigali, inside the Marriott Hotel. The service, food preparation, and the cozy atmosphere makes this restaurant a winner. The Focaccia Bread is freshly baked, and served with butter or a pesto spread. For starter we selected the Fritto Misto and the Ciambella di Melanzana; both were a good selection to start a good meal. My main course, Coulingiones di Carciofi, was well prepared, well balanced flavors; Loved the pecorino truffle cream!!,,great choice! For dessert, Bombolone alla Crema di Limoncello, loved the presentation, and the doughnuts of freshly taste. I dined here twice and both time I enjoyed my dinner very much.”

“A wonderful meal! We ordered a pizza to start and it was chewy and delicious, made in their wood fire stove. The ambiance was warm and cozy. I ordered the risotto and others ordered ravioli and the carbonara and also enjoyed it.”

“Came here twice over the course of one week and each time I was extremely satisfied. First the food was excellent every time. Tasty, with outstanding presentation, and the plates were abundant. The service was equally outstanding, and the atmosphere superb. The prices may be high for Rwanda, but very reasonable for me.”
