âA well-organized evening, but a major disappointment with the management
We celebrated a birthday at this establishment, and the evening started off very well. Chantal, who was in charge of the organization, was incredibly helpful. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to anticipate our needs made the planning smooth and enjoyable. The welcome, the decoration, and the quality of service from her team were truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, our experience was significantly tainted by the behavior of the manager. From the very beginning, he came across as arrogant, oppressive, and extremely unpleasant. His attitude towards us as paying clients was not only unprofessional, but downright disrespectful. He approached us several times in a very condescending and controlling manner, as if we needed to be put in our placeâwithout any courtesy or tact.
Frankly, itâs hard to understand such behavior, especially when youâre celebrating a private event and paying for a service. It almost felt like the money we paid wasnât âenoughâ in his eyes to deserve decent treatment. His presence alone made us want to leave, which is truly a shame, considering the rest of the staff was kind and welcoming.
In summary: a beautiful evening made possible by Chantal and a supportive team â but severely undermined by a toxic and unfit manager. This kind of attitude has no place in the hospitality industry.â

âIf you are in Kigali and looking for a place to show off your salsa and bachata dance skills on Thursday nights, here is the place for you. Its so beautiful and they have quite a mix of drinks. Though i didn't quite enjoy the cocktail I had.â

âIt's a cool place to hang, but the dj of the night was playing the same songs, he kept on shouting through the songs, pausing them. This just creates a poor vibe.â

âNestled in the scenic Nyarutarama area, this restaurant offers a pleasant escape with its inviting ambiance and picturesque views. The seating overlooks a beautiful, hilly terrain, with the lush greenery of the valley below and Kigaliâs buildings dotting the landscapeâmaking it a lovely spot for a relaxed dining experience.
The buffet itself is decent for its price range, with a variety of dishes that may not stand out individually but provide a satisfying spread. The chicken, however, is a highlight, prepared well compared to other offerings. Adding to the experience is a live band that, though a bit loud at times, brings a lively atmosphere to the evening.
What truly elevates the experience is the friendly and caring staff. Their attentiveness makes you feel genuinely welcome, adding warmth to the visit. Altogether, itâs a spot worth trying for those looking to unwind in a beautiful setting with good food and vibrant live music.â
