Although the doctors are sometimes not proactive about the explaining the treatment options, I was treated fairly. Great care givers, decent restaurant. The service might feel slow for you if your case is not an emergency, which is understandable.”

“I went to the clinic on the 8th Jan 2026 with a finger infection, the doctor was nice, so sympathetic but the rest of the staff really are not serious. Customer service is so poor. The surgeon was so unfriendly, who does not care about the pain. Very hard hands and chewing the gum throughout the surgery time as I scream for pain. He used the gause on an open wound. Even my next day dressing, the second one was the same, even worse as he was pressing my open wound wider instead of dressing it closed. I now need the stitches to close wound and prevent a big scar on the finger. Very un professional.
Other staff come in the room and start chatting with their friends on the phone... man, I was very surprised 😮”

“We consulted a dermatologist for our 8-year-old daughter and would like to thank the medical staff for their respectful and professional conduct.
However, the prescribed treatment — Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment — caused a significant skin reaction in our child, including redness, burning, and irritation from the very first application, which required immediate discontinuation of the medication.
Upon reviewing the official patient information leaflet, it became clear that Tacrolimus 0.1% is indicated for use in adults aged 16 years and older and is not recommended for use in children.
In light of the above, we kindly request greater care and accuracy when prescribing medications for pediatric patients, in order to ensure their safety and to prevent similar incidents in the future.”

They don't have a queue management system, I spent more than 2 hours waiting.
You can't even tell what system they follow, so you just wait there cluelessly.
