âIssa Coffee understood the assignmentârich flavors, smooth blends, and pure Rwandan excellence in every sip. The atmosphere is calm, stylish, and perfect for slowing down and soaking in the moment. Top-tier coffee, great service, and quality that speaks for itself. If youâre in Rwanda and love good coffee, this is a must-stop. Visit Rwanda, drink great coffee, and thank me later. ââšâ
âI walked to this restaurant after Friday prayer. I wasn't too sure what to eat but walked into Issa Restaurant because I noticed the "Visit Rwanda" sign next to Issa restaurant. It had a very professional staff, and they seated me and took my order very quickly. As an American I was pleasantly surprised how quick the service was despite the restaurant being full. I ordered a chicken pilau with chips and african tea. Make sure to ask for the spicy chili sauce because with the pilau and fries it was amazing! Chicken was tender and flavorful and the pilau had a great taste. Then after, I had the african chai. It was my first time having african chai and it had a great cinnamon and ginger under taste to it. Overall a great surprising experience at Issa Restaurant and I'll definitely be back next time im in Rwandaâ
âI found Issa Coffeeâs service to be quite slow. It took much longer than expected to receive my order, which was a bit frustrating when you're on the go. If you're in a hurry, this might not be the best spot, but the coffee itself is good once you get it.â
âCoffee was yummy! Food came out timely and service was great. They do take card and let us do $10 cash back as well since we didn't have time to exchange cash when visiting. I really liked the isombe and ugali! This restaurant is on a no car street. You can park parallel to this street and pay $400rwandan-$1000rwandan depending on what you bargain. You will see the back of the restaurant and need to walk to the no car road to get to the front of the restaurant. You will also be harassed by everyone to come into their restaurant.â
