The Country Inn Hotel

“Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The internet was nonexistent, which made it very difficult for me to stay connected. To make matters worse, breakfast was only available on some days, and there was no clear explanation for the inconsistency. On top of that, there was no food service unless I wanted to pay an unreasonable amount for what low quality was offered. My bathroom also wasn’t working properly, which was a huge inconvenience that didn't get fixed during my 7 day stay, there is no hot water and the entire room had mold, which was hard to ignore. It’s clear that the hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and a deep clean. Despite all these issues, I will say that the staff were incredibly friendly and tried their best, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the many shortcomings. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.”

“I've never felt so at home at a hotel. I've been at hotels in 4 countries on 3 continents, and I've never been taken care of so well. The staff here treated us like family. Not just metaphorical family, literal family. By the time I left, I felt like I was leaving a family reunion (albeit on another continent). The food was fantastic, the accommodations were delightful and once again I cannot sing enough praise for the staff.”

“This is a nice place with internet and closer to most major places in Kigali. Good customer care. For those that enjoy working out, an evening or early morning roadwork, the nicely constructed roads and great hills will give you the best results.”
