“I had the pleasure of staying at Delight Hotel during the Jehovah’s Witness event, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a strong impression with its classy and elegant atmosphere. Everything, from the lobby to the rooms, was beautifully maintained and created a warm sense of comfort. What stood out the most was the staff. They welcomed us with genuine kindness and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of my stay. The food was also excellent—well-prepared, delicious, and served with great care. Overall, Delight Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It combines comfort, elegance, and exceptional service, making it a perfect choice for both events and leisure stays. If I ever return to Rwanda, I will definitely choose Delight Hotel again without hesitation.”

“While not perfect, I think it deserves a higher rating than the 3.9 which is why I’m leaving a higher review. The clean rooms are spacious with a wardrobe and a good quality TV. Showers had hot water (you will need to not use it on full blast to conserve it for the whole duration). Breakfast is a decent mix and delicious with really service staff. The restaurant had a nice view too. They packed me a nice meal kit for my Gorilla Trek too, since I was going to miss breakfast (due to the 430am start). Overall, happy that I was placed here during my trip since the conference/work organized the hotel.”
