“The place is nice and clean. They offer free cleaning services twice a week and they have a shared laundry room. They pay water and WiFi pills albeit the Wi-Fi service is trash compared to the excellent internet speeds you may find in other places in Rwanda. Tenants pay for electricity themselves and for me I washed my clothes by myself although I presume the cleaning ladies might wash your clothes for you for some small tip. The free cleaning services include fresh sheets and shower towels. The apartments contain slippers and a fully furnished kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerators. The rooms are spacious and the hall got some nice furniture, but the TV is not smart and you might find the provided device that have some access to the internet is a bit old and not very smart. The apartments have two balconies with some nice views and the hot water in the shower is very hot so you need to pay attention when using the hot water in the kitchen and the bathroom. Apartments have two bathrooms with one without a shower.”
