“Unprofessional and Disappointing service, The services are so slow and also they were assaulting their clients so badly. I am the one who got assaulted by the general manager. Not respectful for costumers time and they don't have a quality work either services. They are not the people to handle your logistics or any type of your business. I lived in Rwanda for about 6 months but I have never seen such type of rude and disgusting service because of I try to negotiate. It's no business that they have. Its a company with bad backgrounds. I'm disappointed as a client.”
