“A beautiful library and café with a wonderful view. I chose to sit on the top floor to have fresh air and it was wonderful. The mugs are heavy and super cute somehow making the coffee even better!”

“Was in Kigali looking for a breakfast spot, found this cute spot. I ordered the granola with honey twice and then the bagel lux, which is made with carrot. I was cynical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised; it was excellent! They have an indoor spot, or you can go upstairs to the rooftop for some great views. I went there for my last 3 days in Kigali”

“A very nice quiet spot nestled inside of a lively bookstore with a wide array of reading selections from English to French - adult to child! This coffee shop boasts all the views for a reason, its set a top a valley overlooking the city. Its coffee is great but its vegan and gluten free selection is better. A rare gem for Kigali! Sunday morning was a quiet and peaceful morning even at 10:30 with just a couple of customers. It was a lovely respite from the warm streets to cozy up with a new book and a steaming cup of hot coffee.”

“As a bookstore lover, I always make a point to explore local spots wherever I travel. I stumbled upon Ikirezi Bookstore by chance—and what a find! While browsing the shelves, I discovered a cozy little café tucked away at the back. They offer a nice selection of food and truly excellent coffee. My sandwich was delicious, and the cucumber salad was surprisingly amazing. I’ll definitely be back!”
