“Rwanda is a great country - Africa's best, but this place is an embarrassment. Conned, lied to and insulted - it goes against everything this wonderful country represents. The manager even tried using the genocide to insult me - at which point an argument over the principle of being cheated turned into an assault on common decency - I paid in full and left immediately - very angry and disgusted. This place owes an apology to Rwanda.”
