So now you are warned
They basically let me order from their menu, and charged me a higher price. Then I was like "hey this is higher price than menu", and then they were like, that the menu prices were expired. I gave them a reprimande and said, this is a really bad way to treat costumers or maybe they showed it for "mzungu" - no apologies or anything, like they did not even like their job...
We pay your salary at the end..â

âQuiet, clean place with customer care from the employees. Good breakfast provided, and the place is so convenient when arriving from the Airport.
Advice.- improvise a television at the reception to entertain clients when they arrive. Otherwise, thank you for having taken care of me during my stay, will definitely check in often when i come to Kigali.â

âThis place is now my home away from home. I can name all the wonderful staff from the Chef, Mr Mitchel, Ms Gloria, and of course the owner Mr J. They have the BEST service and the BEST rates, and not to mention some of the BEST foods here in Kigali. They provide a driver to escort you to and from the airport, (which is only 1minute away) which is the most convenient part. However, itâs the bond they create with their clients. When it was time for me to leave I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family, well in fact, I was saying bye to my new family because thatâs what they are to me now. Thank you Best Inn for bringing my wife, son and I into your house. We love you for that! - Mr.Benjamin (USA)â

âThere was no standard accommodation cost. We were 4 people from different countries and were taken to the motel for self accommodation by Rwanda Airport official. We were shocked first at the status of the motel, we had not been consulted on the rating of the hotel, but I think it's a 2 star hotel. When we asked for the room charges we were informed 15USD, then after settling down and sleeping, customer care rep knocked the door repetitively and said that his "boss" has said the accurate rate is 30USD.
The status of the room - the door was difficult to lock - the key could lock from outside and not inside, so there was proposal to move me to a different room but eventually the key lock complied after numerous attempts although the locking was not adequate. The cabinet had a broken full length mirror and the broken piece was placed inside the cabinet.â
