“I booked and paied full 7 nights before my arrival. when I called them they said they didn't recieve the money and I need to pay the full amount to them again as I paied to scam.. MY ADVICE IS stay away from this hotel”

“To all international travelers please do not be fooled by this scammy location do not use any platform to rent a room from this place. What they will do and have done many times I found out too late. They will charge you online and allow your money to be taken by their company and then send you to a new location which you did not book and then tell you to pay in full due to a issue with the platform that you booked on. They will not give you a refund of the money you already paid. so I am warning you because your experience here in Rwanda kigala should be a positive one and free of scam artist and liars and if you start your visit to this wonderful country at this guest house full of con artist from the manager to the employees this way it will not be and I promise you it will be a headache and you are worth a better than an opening Saga of theft and annoyance.”
