“This is our second coming here. My mom and I got our locs washed, retied and cut into a bob. We also got facials and manicures. The staff was kind, fast and timely. They also used their time wisely. For example, my hair was being retied while also getting my manicure done. We'll definitely be back.”

“This was a rather strange experience. The place itself is beautifully decorated, with inspiring quotes on the walls, a lovely garden, and modern, stylish furniture. However, the manicure and pedicure service I received was disappointing, and I did not feel welcomed. It felt as if the goal was to get me out of the place as quickly as possible. I had to ask the staff member several times to be more gentle. Unfortunately, I’ve now seen similar feedback in other reviews. It’s concerning that multiple guests have pointed out the same issue – staff being overly rough and inattentive during treatments. Management should take this seriously. While the service was technically acceptable, it fell far short of the experience one would expect from a spa regarded as one of Kigali’s top establishments.”

“They can’t do natural hair!! If you want a retwiat or natural hair design don’t come here. Plus they dug into my nail cutical and it hurt for days. I know some ppl feel it’s inexpensive but pay the money or go on YouTube for a tutorial. It can’t be worse than what they do!”

“My daughter went there to get her hair washed and trimmed and they charged her 50K. When she got back home, I called the saloon pretending to be another client and asking how much it costs to wash and they told me 15K, whattt !! I then proceeded to confront them about OVER charging my daughter and they hung up on me, after a few minutes they called back. They started lying that the trim costs 25k, since when does a trim cost more than the washing and blow drying process ? Nonsense. And even if the trim did actually cost 25k the price would've been 40k which is still absurd. I do not tolerate this behavior, taking advantage of my daughter that went there alone. Anyways, I'm not saying to not go there, because they actually handle hair properly but make sure you don't get scammed. Really dissapointed !!”
