“With a love for Thai food and looking for something close to where we were staying, a work colleague and I came here. And we loved it! Cute little homey place, with a few tables outside and a couple more inside. Super friendly, welcoming service. Food was served quickly and it was very fresh and perfectly spicy (authentic!) … and the temp of the food was hot — we were happy! Oh, and amazing prices too! We especially loved that the chef stuck his head out the window to check we were enjoying the food and that everything was okay. The owner also came outside and shared with us some of the herbs they’re growing in the garden … herbs they use for their dishes — talk about locally-sourced food!! Just as we were finishing up our dinner, there was a torrential downpour. It lasted a good 30 minutes, and the owner was very gracious in letting us stay in the restaurant until the rain passed.”

“Pad Thai is easily one of the best Thai restaurants in Kigali (it’s gives a beautiful vibe of this is home and it was made with love). Although my first time but I particularly liked that the meal met my expectations. The rice are flavorful with the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. The Thai iced tea is creamy and refreshing. Service is warm and helpful, and the staff are quick to suggest what to try if it’s your first visit. Although a small space, it’s clean, cozy, and great for both solo meals and group outings. Prices are veryyyy reasonable for the quality and portions. Best time to visit is afternoon when it’s less busy. Highly recommend trying the tofu Pad Thai if you’re vegetarian, and the spring rolls are crispy perfection.”

“Wooow don’t know where to Begin … it was my first time in Kigali and had a taste for Thai , luckily enough we found The pad Thai Restaurant maybe 5 mins away from our Hotel . The food was very delicious , had it twice , one was dine in and the other was delivery . All of it is amazing and the owner and I connected very well , This Guy is truly a peoples person and his knowledge on Food quality and Customer service is on a diff level . I appreciate that he took the time to have a conversation with me , we talked about many things while also enjoying his Very special special milk and coffe that doesn’t have milk , it’s like a secret formula he has but for uss coffe drinkers we can appreciate new and sweet inventions .I would love to see my friend expand his business through Africa and abroad , so if anybody sees my post and can help him make that happen let’s do it , there is strength in numbers . Once again , a must do when in Kigali Rwanda …. Thx buddy”
