“Two days stay at One Click hotel located at Kigali was warmly was extraordinary exceptional when I was first welcomed with a glass of fruit drink at at my arrival at the reception. The welcome speech of the receptionist was amazingly great. The standard room where i lodged was very spacious , neat, refreshing and with all gadgets working effectively . Their meal was unquestionably unique in taste, quantity and variety. Maximium security was never overlook I will not think twice choosing ONE CLICK HOTEL over and over. Thank you for your amazing services.”

“I stayed for two nights at One Click Hotel because the price was affordable for downtown Kigali. The location is great as it’s within walking distance of the city center a d a short taxi ride to the Genocide Museum. But the room was not thoroughly cleaned as there were two bars of used soap still in the shower (hair follicles were visible on the bars of soap). The shower did not have a shower curtain and thus water went all over the bathroom floor with no way for the water to drain. There was one towel provided and no floor / foot drying towel. Sounds seem to echo in the hotel because when someone closes a door, it sounds like the door was slammed and the booming sound reverberates throughout the hotel - so highly suggested to wear ear plugs for a full nights sleep. Breakfast is included in the stay from 6am-10am and consists of a buffet including tea, coffee, fruit juice, mushroom soup, chicken stew, egg omelette, bacon, Belgian waffles, cheese sandwiches, and various muffins & croissants. They do offer a laundry service through the hotel with a 24-hr turnaround - it cost 14,000 RWF for washing and drying one pair trousers, 4 pairs socks, 2 pairs shorts and a t-shirt. The hotel’s POS system was not working so they could only accept payment in cash (USD, Euros or RWF). If I visit Kigali again, I will not likely stay at One Click Hotel due to the issues encountered: room not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival, taking a shower spills water all over bathroom floor, and cash only payment.”

“My first impression of Rwanda Super sweet people, extremely clean and good. Now the hotel is great. I got a room a huge terrace. Everything was neat and clean. Room service is great. Staff is polite and helpful. Free breakfast. And if you want the extra you request to make it for you. And variety of food available 24/7 restaurant. Open air garden is a treat to sit in a sunny day. 15 minutes walk from city center. But you can take the motorbikes readily available at every corner of Kigali and go anywhere in minutes. They are also super cheap. Value for Money: couldn’t get better deal”

The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and service provided, making it a good value for money. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff clearly pay attention to detail, as the room was spotless and the amenities were well-stocked. Breakfast each morning was a highlight! The buffet spread was impressive, offering a variety of dishes that catered to both local and international tastes. I always looked forward to starting my day with such a delicious meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were many healthy options available as well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. It’s a fantastic perk that added convenience to my overall experience. I highly recommend One Click Hotel to anyone visiting Kigali. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kigali!”
