“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered two cakes from this business for the same occasion but to be delivered on seperate days, each time providing a photo reference and being assured they would look the same as the photo I provided. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first cake arrived nearly an hour late and looked nothing like the photo I had shared — it appeared messy, unfinished, and very unprofessional. The second cake also arrived late and was delivered broken, making it effectively not the cake I ordered. To make matters worse, it was dry and lacked flavor. When I reached out to the owner to discuss the issue, they were unresponsive and repeatedly blamed the delivery driver. In my view, if delivery is part of the service, the company is responsible for ensuring the product arrives in good condition. Otherwise, I would have happily picked it up myself. I made several attempts to give them the opportunity to make things right, but they refused and never followed up. I won’t be ordering from them again and would strongly caution others before doing so.”
