“I left this supermarket today feeling genuinely hurt and disrespected. I had complained about their service before, and after the manager personally apologized and promised improvement, I deleted my review. I trusted them. I believed things would change. But today proved the opposite — and it cut even deeper. I came to buy some snacks and drinks for me and my Dad, hopingto surprise him with the bread he love so much. The bread was a small surprise for my dad, something I was excited to bring him. Instead, the lady working there told me I had no right to choose my own bread, tried to force her choice on me, and when I politely refused, she completely denied me the bread. The way she spoke to me was humiliating and disrespectful, that it made me feel like she wanted to give me something bad in the bread and my presence meant nothing. I walked out and left everything behind, not because I wanted to, but because her behavior made it impossible to stay. It ruined what should have been a simple, happy moment for my father and me. I may not be a big customer, but I am still a human being, and my dignity matters. No one deserves to be treated this way.”

“Hello S. Market Team, I've been shopping at your store for over three years because I truly love the quality of your products. Unfortunately, the customer service I've received has often been disappointing, lacking in courtesy and care. No discipline, disrespect and bad treatment. Not once, twice......... Improving this area would make S. Market unbeatable in Kgl. I hope you can address this, as I would love to see the service match the excellent products. Best regards,”
