“### Review of Deluxe Supermarket I recently purchased a new Jibu bottle from Deluxe Supermarket for 16,000 RWF, but unfortunately received a different, unbranded bottle instead. When I approached a staff member for assistance in exchanging it for the original Jibu bottle, she refused to help and stated that she could not facilitate the exchange. I then went to the cashier for further assistance, but she ignored me multiple times, which I found quite rude. Additionally, another individual, whose association with the supermarket was unclear, also declined to help with this straightforward issue. In conclusion, my experience with customer service at Deluxe Supermarket was extremely disappointing. As a foreigner, I felt particularly uneasy about the lack of support and understanding from the staff regarding customer care. I would advise caution to others in similar situations.”
