“They sell authentic and brand new (not “refurbished new” or “used” packaged as brand new) Apple devices. After a bad experience with a previous vendor I trusted, it was important to me to only deal with authorized resellers and service providers and after some research I was glad to have found Elite Digital. In case anyone else has the same questions I did, 1. Yes you can get your Apple device repaired under warranty from them if your Apple warranty is still valid. If it isn’t, then you’d have to fix it out of warranty. (I didn’t fix my device with them personally so this 5 star review isn’t based on that) 2. Some fixes (especially those under warranty—they have a way of checking on their end) may require getting original parts from Apple. This may take a few weeks if they don’t have the parts already. 3. Devices bought from them come with warranty as well. You’d also get a receipt. 4. If it’s an Apple Device they don’t have in stock, they can order it for you, you’d just need to be willing to wait a few weeks as well. For instance, Apple Watches aren’t a common purchase in Rwanda so they rarely have them in stock. 5. They don’t offer swapping or trade-in services as at the time I asked. All in all, great customer experience. They were very welcoming and friendly. They answered all the questions we had and I plan on recommending them to anyone who asks.”

“I went in because my 3-months old M2 Macbook suddenly developed a a crack on the screen that I could not figure out how it started. did not drop it, and I am always super careful where I keep it. I was received by Joel, and he explained my options very clearly. I decided to leave the macbook with them, and he processed the repair and warranty very smoothly, with frequent updates in-between. The shipping of the new part took the longest (~3 weeks) but the repair happened the same day the part arrived. Joe was super friendly, and patient with me. The screen was replaced, and looks like new again. I lost my D-brand skin that was on the old lid, but it was worth it. Highly recommend. Ask for Joe when you go in.”

“On the 1st floor of KCT - up one flight of stairs from main entrance We had an issue with our MacBook Air and the technician (Eliezer) was able to diagnose it quickly and repair the laptop while we waited in the store - the whole process took about 1 hour. The price charged seemed fair. The technician was happy to answer our questions while he worked. Everyone was professional and we got great customer service. Overall we were really impressed. Highly recommend Elite Digital for anyone who needs repairs on their Apple gadgets in Kigali. They also had a good mix of iPhones, iPads, Macs and high quality accessories like chargers and screen protectors for sale.”
