“Very overated. Very expensive for nothing. Substandard wardrobes. Very small room for 130000Rwf. Very ordinary plastic dustbin. No care for disabled. Not disabled friendly. No lift. Shampoo dispensers are ordinary plastic dispensers you can pick at the hardware for USD 2. Electricity connection in the bathroom is through naked wires running around. Water from the shower washes to the toilet section and spills to the room, which is small. Table is old, peeling off. Despite being 2, was only offered one towel. I could go on and on. This place is not worth the money. Save yourself. The only positive was our server for breakfast, who was a lovely lady, smiled throughout and was pleasant”

“Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that there was no hot water ever, at any time during our two day stay. We've also stayed at another 4 star hotel in Kigali (Grand Legacy) during our trip not far from this one which charges three times as much for their rooms and we found the service there far below the service here. This was the only business we found in Kigali where the staff truly go beyond to offer a good service. The breakfast was great and our stay was generally very comfortable. Thanks for the staff, we can recommend this hotel. The breakfast area is very quiet and relaxing, sometimes during the night there might be some noise because the area seems to be a bit of a party area but I really loved the vibe of the breakfast. The businesses around the hotel are a bit less friendly but you're very close to everything you need.”
