“Minimum budget hotel. Hotel locates on the very busiest area. Looks like, the restaurant is moving faster. If you stay there, please always check the availability of water before you do the check-in. Hotel owners were so friendly and will be always on your assistance. You may find better motels in the city, if you pay bit more. So always take your thought twice, in case you require a classy motels.”
“I've been a backpacking hippie for 25 years and have stayed in some real hell holes, so I expected much more from this place, but this place wants Too much money for the accommodation. Old broken down mattress, 2 people roll to the middle, no mattress pad, dirty sheets, no hot water, holey mosquito net let the bugs in, noisy music blasting in the evening outside the room from the so called on site disco. Located on 19th street a very busy road, you can hear the traffic all Night. The owner is nice but he is not there much. When the cat is away the mice will play. Surly unhelpful staff could care less about you, they would rather sit at the bar and talk amongst themselves than give you the time of day. There were 2 exceptions on the staff that could not have been more helpful, I commend them for their excellent customer service. Too bad the rest were not like them. The function of management is to properly train their staff, the owner needs to do a much better job here. The only really good thing was the food, no complaints here, very tasty and reasonably priced, the pizza and Indian food were excellent, the free massage was nice too. Unless you are desperate or enjoy surly staff, or are really broke, I highly recommend you bypass this place.”
“Pro: This place is cheap. Stuff is nice. Food for vegetarians available. Mosquito nets fresh new without wholes. Con: We payed for room with bathroom. Unfortunately, shower didn't work. If you taller than 1,9m think twice because beds are short with wooden endings. Lots of mosquitos in the room. When I took my towel it was full of chicken bones and other nasty rubbish.”
“I really appreciated Food quality (a professionally cooked food of different menu) and hospitality to ward customers. Quite and place for relaxation and refreshment (very good massages at cheaper prices) I will be coming once lockdown came over. Keep it up. Ange”
“A nice place that is underpriced for what it offers. The manager works on everything you tell her, she was very open to feedback. I highly recommend this place for sleeping considering the relation price/quality. On the food side I had a very nice daal (indian food), but I was highly disappointed by the pizza.”
