“I felt they ripped me off from a baby shoe purchase. The price tag under the shoes was 14,500 RWF but at the counter they said it was 19,900. I showed the tag but they said it was reflected to some other shoes. Not sure if I will go back but if I do I will ask for the price before going to the register.”
