“Consistently dreadful customer service. Told to come in to collect a replacement card when they hadn't even printed it. Online banking not fit for purpose. Tells you transactions have been sent when they haven't. Customer service WhatsApp line leaves you hanging forever, probably because they can't figure out what the problem is. I cannot in good conscience recommend this bank to anyone. Try elsewhere. [UPDATE: I got so fed up I closed my accounts with them. They do not give you any official paper saying the account is closed. The lady promised to send me a screen shot once the closure was complete, but never did. On brand to the very last.]”

“Worst customer service I have ever seen. Apart from the front desk people (2), all other employees work as if they have no motivation at all. Most tellers have a demeaning attitude and cannt wait just to go home. I did an international transaction there, but it took almost 2weeks for it to be completed. The staff who help with accounts opening only give half of the information, and that's if you ask. You end up getting deductions that you were not informed about in the beginning. They never pick up their number, as in never. I can go on and on, but really finding the head office working like this, one wonders how even lower their branches operate! I don't recommend access bank Rwanda at all at all!”
