When it works, it works well as expected but expect frequent occasions where drivers cannot follow the map, and significantly delay reaching you despite no traffic or other obstacles. If on a strict time schedule please book 20 minutes please book in advance”

“I booked a Move ride under Trip Key #YZ0OXF with a displayed fare of 8,100 RWF, but the driver charged 14,150 RWF on arrival. I emailed Move about this on 14th November, and after more than two weeks, I still haven’t received any response.
When I contacted customer service, they were rude and unhelpful, offering no explanation for the fare discrepancy. This is extremely disappointing. While the service itself is usually okay, the customer support needs serious improvement.”

“A lot of efforts need to be put into customer service training for the drivers and call center staff, reducing the waiting time, dispatching cars to certain key areas where it takes up to 25min to get a driver, monitoring drivers to prevent them from running errands when on duty, teaching drivers how to use google maps, and improving the application (It crashes often and delays in responding to requests). That being said I have had a few good experiences with Move. However; it does not offer the quality of services customers deserve and needs a lot of improvement.”

“The best application sor far in Kigali, however, I would like to ask, is there 2 moves application or company? Move and Move+?
I just have a very bad experience with one of the Move + company driver, normally after any trip the direct payment was never been an issue up to day. This driver MUHOZA Jean Pierre driving Move+ car with plate number RAG 706 Q ( btw i will never recommend him to anyone, very impolite) wanted to convince me to pay on other momo code which is not 555666 or if not pay to his momo number!
@ Move, how to differ Move and Move+ while booking a cab?

“Not trusted! I requested a ride and they connect me to the driver i Wanted to move to the hospital me and little one, it was a doctor appointment and Waited for one and half hour, and i decided to call them again they say “ there is no driver available in my location 😢” I called a driver he said they have changed the directions 😢 very poor communication.”
