How do I find a business on Kisimenti?+

Use the search bar or browse by category. Every listed business has a profile with contact info, photos, and services. You can also explore the Kisimenti directory at kisimenti.com/discover.

How do I contact a business?+

Open any business profile and tap the WhatsApp button or use the contact form. Your message goes directly to the business owner.

Is Kisimenti free for visitors?+

Always free. We charge businesses for their online presence, never visitors. There are no booking fees, no premium subscriptions, no paywall.

What languages does Kisimenti support?+

Kinyarwanda, English, and French. You can switch languages at any time from the site header.

Can I leave reviews?+

Review features are coming soon. For now, you can contact businesses directly via WhatsApp or the contact form on their profile.

How do I get started on Kisimenti?+

Go to kisimenti.com/start and pre-register. Pick a plan (Spark, Studio, or Business), fill in your business details, and our team will set everything up for you. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

What does each plan include?+

Spark: a simple storefront, up to 10 products, MoMo payments, and basic analytics. Studio: full product catalogue, CRM, invoicing, WhatsApp integration, and 3 content updates/month. Business: everything in Studio plus unlimited updates, multi-location support, API access, and a dedicated account manager. Full comparison on the pricing page.

How do I pay?+

MTN MoMo and Airtel Money for Rwandan-resident merchants. Cards (Visa/Mastercard) also accepted. All prices are VAT-inclusive at 18%.

What happens if I cancel?+

Cancel at the end of any billing cycle. Your site stays live until the paid period ends. Your data, domain, photos, and customer info are always yours.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?+

Upgrades are pro-rated and effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data always stays.

Do you help with migration from another platform?+

Yes. Our team can migrate your existing content, products, and customer data from any platform. Reach out at [email protected] and we will handle the rest.

Can I run multiple locations on one account?+

Yes — multi-location is available on the Business plan. Each location has its own profile, inbox, and analytics. One bill at the end of the month.
