“Wonderful place to hang out in the evening, the place is so captivating around the evening where you can see the beauty of Kigali city. The staff are so friendly. One of the staff, I think he wasn't even a waiter and probably was a technician, but he was friendly and he gave us some recommendations of what to eat on that night. His recommendation was so perfect and I would recommend for any one. The drinks were so nice. I had a glass of wine and it was tasty with some syrup, still I recommendation from this guy!! I promise to come back Pili Pili, I hope to meet this guy even though I don't know his name, I can't even remember his face, but I am looking forward to having a good vibe as before. I will try to remind the people so actions so that I meet this guy again.”
