“They don't have the new Samsung products as expected”

“Bought a fridge 4 months ago that came with a 1 year warranty. The fridge stopped cooling 6 days ago... I have called every day for 6 days for them to send a technician and they have said for 6 straight days that their technician is coming "tomorrow". Not only did I have to dump a ton of rotten food; now I also have to spend the money for a technician to actually show up. Horrible customer service and not very impressed with the Elekta refrigerators they sell.”

“They have the poorest service delivery I have ever seen. I wanted to repair my phone (chassis and camera), they kept telling me to wait for a spare delivery. I've been waiting 5 months now. Their response is always the same: "come back next month". It's really annoying.”
