“#Absolute waste of time! I am not familiar with all of their services but it took 25 days of stalling for me to finally decide to demand the refund for the phone they were supposed to get shipped for me in 3-7 days. During the 25 days i was asked to be patient and promised it'd would be in the next couple of days more than 7 times. The refund was fairly smooth but my experience overall had been terrible. I had explained early on that i am in a rush, and that if they can't do it for whatever reason, they should inform me As soon as possible so i could go find alternatives. Not only were they not quick, deceitful and creative in their excuses ( forgot, guy doesn't pick up, it's out of stock, etc) they eventually did not even deliver in a time frame that is tantamount to x4-x9 of our agreement. #I do not recommend this place at all.”

“I bought 1 macbook for my company. It had serious battery problems. After a very long conversation with the store, we were able to exchange it for another Macbook. This macbook also had problems. Then we exchanged it again for another computer. Which has a battery life of 30 minutes. Poor customer service, despite several requests for refunds, the store doesn't want to help us.”

“We bought a macbook which had battery issues then we got it replaced three times after having a long conversation and at some point i was told that no help will be provided yet even the third laptop has battery issue where it only last 30mins after a full charge . The customer service is really poor and all the products we received so far they have issues where it's some keyboards buttons or fingerprints on the mac that doesn't work ...honestly the list is long”
