“I went there for consultation because my ear had problems and the doctor was very mean to , he didn't wanna hear out,zero empathy to the patient and I regret consulting that doctor he should have done Better I asked him simple queries like how can avoid this to happen to me but he couldn't respond to may it because I am local citizen, His name is Dr Gasore ,I am not a doctor but a doctor with zero empathy is ??? Anyways I was absolutely disappointed 🤔🤔🤔”
“Clinic is clean, receptionist is very friendly, however, despite the fact that the ENT doctor knows her job really well, she lacks empathy while dealing with a patient. I came in, in so much pain, and was well welcomed at reception which gave me confidence in the clinic. Getting into the doctors room, I see two other doctors who I later discovered were students/interns, so I was being made an object of study without my consent. That aside i of course in my little knowledge and based on how I was feeling, tried to explain to the doctor how I feel and what's going on in my body and oh Mai! Her response was very rude and arrogant, and in her words "so why are you here, if you have already diagonised yourself" Note: I thought I was simply explaining how I feel, I didnt know I was diagnosing myself, quite obviously by the time I choose to see an ENT it's because am aware what am feeling has every thing to do with my 👃 nose and am in pain and tearing. But without any empathy she goes on and on with being rude and talking too much and arrogantly. Then checked my nose with the two interns present, am already feeling small and at the same time an object of study for her students without my permission or consent. Then she explains to me my situation in very medical technical terms forgetting am a patient and I need to understand the terms in a way I can encode them.(I guess she did that because she wanted her students to learn) Anyway long story short she prescribed some meds for me that I had to get from the pharmacy as she doesn't have one in her clinic. And yes, they worked I got better with in 5days so am grateful for that. I just hope she gets better at the customer service or empathy side of patient handling.”

“Had my first visit today and it was definitely a pleasant surprise. The place is clean, organized and very kid friendly with toys to keep the little ones busy but above all else their customer care is top notch.”
