“Customer care is on top, ambience breathtaking, problem is they say one thing online e.g if you celebrate birthday at the hotel they will give you a free cake, apparently that’s not the case . I spent 46000rwf and requested for the cake and wasn’t given. I was disappointed.”

“The ambience was really nice. The service wasn't bad but could have been better. The food...nah. I ordered a well-done tbone steak and it was the toughest meat I ever got served - I struggled to cut it with a steak knife and when I eventually travailed, chewing it was Herculean. I will say my wife had another steak (I forget the name) and it was DELICIOUS. I think it's the first item on the steak menu. The potatoes and veggies for both of us were absolutely delicious. For these two I might visit again.”
