However, my pizza was not delivered until 9:59 PM. I contacted the staff member seval times for clarification, she repeatedly gave excuses and spoke in a very unprofessional and arrogant manner. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I believe it does not reflect the standards your business should uphold. I kindly request that you look into this matter to ensure better service in the future.”
