“On holiday from the UK and went to withdraw cash at the ATM. Tried both my visa debit and credit cards several times and would not work. Went inside and queued for 15 minutes only to be told to join a different queue to see someone else. Another ten minutes and they said to see another person but I needed my passport which I didn’t think to bring as I was using the ATM. Found out there was another bank just along from BK next to the forex and their ATM worked with my visa debit card no problem.”
