Rohi Apartments Hotel

“Be careful before you book at this apartment. They emailed me in the afternoon of the hotel that they just canceled my room. I was in a confeence and had to call around to find a room to stay after the conference was over in the evening. They did not even cancel the booking or refund the money. I had to call the booking agency and got it canceled after several days. When I emailed them, they said they contacted the agency - but gave the wrong name of the agency! Which means they did not contact them at all, which is what my agency also confirmed later on. A whole lot of time wasted and a precarious situation having no room late in the evening. Avoid this place if you can and don't want to be in the same situation as I was. Update to the response: Their claim is false. The reservation was made on 31st March and they cancelled the reservation on April 2nd on the day I was supposed to go to the hotel. Not the same day. The reservation was made using Agoda. They said that they cancelled via booking. No wonder it was not cancelled. Avoid this hotel. They are giving out false information and are not competent to keep track of where the booking is, etc. even after confirming a booking.”

“Check-in was smooth and swift. Receptionist at the desk was absolutely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in every way imaginable, dealt with every question we had without missing a beat. I highly recommend this hotel it's clean , great location and amazing staff.”
