Pearl Lounge Kigali

“I had the opportunity to use this lounge upon departure from Kigali. Entry was easy because I had complimentary access using my credit card lounge key There was a wide range of warm food, snacks, crisps, fruits, soup, samosa and meatball. Drinks were refrigerated and plentiful, both non alcoholic and alcoholic. Soft drinks, beers local and imported, red and white wine and a variety of liquors. Seating was comfortable with good access to charging points for devices. There dining chair seats as well as lower and higher chairs. I also had the opportunity to have a shower before my flight. It was a blessing because I was at Akagera National Park the whole day and did not have the chance to have a bath after that upon check out at 12pm All in all a good lounge in Kigali. Could not have asked for more”

“This is a really sad excuse for an airport lounge... Very noisy because of the stone floor, and the absence of carpets, and any form of noise absorbing or dampening material. Food is mediocre at best, and seating is very very basic... Hope the new airport, when ready, will offer travellers a proper lounge experince, because this is unfortunately not up to standards.”

“Traveling on business class, you access to the lounge 3 hours before your next flight. I stayed at premium where I paid $35 then after 3 hours I went to Rwanda air lounge with travelers on business for other 3 hours before my next flight ✈️ you have breakfast before you leave and was good.”

“October 2024 4* Only two lounges are located at Kigali International Airport - Pearl Lounge is for Star Alliance members. The lounge is located at the end side on the left. It is not very visible so I asked staff to see if they can put signage. The lounge is small but has good seating area and internet speed is good. There is children play area. Food is little disappointing especially for vegetarian. They should add more items but I can understand as it is small airport. The staff is really helpful and place is clean.”

“Not the stop over I was expecting as flight was delayed by 7hrs ut was allowed to stay past the usual time period offered. Lounge is fine for short stop overs. Could be nicer with lounger chairs to rest better. Toilet facilities were good. There's a kids play area. Didn't check it out coz I don't have a kid. 1 big TV was showing a sports channel. There is a bar. A couple of bar stools with charging ports along a wall and free WiFi. Regular check ins by staff to ensure passengers do t miss their connections. As not much in the main hall, the Pearl lounge was a welcome retreat. Food options are basic but the drinks are plenty and cold...drank so much Fanta I'm sure I'm orange now 😂😂😂”
