Grand Legacy Hotel

“We were hosted in this top of the range hotel courtesy of Rwandan air while they sorted out our flights. I was blown away by the spa experience especially. The food was equally amazing, while the buffets provided so many healthy dishes combined with the finest local cuisine. Don't go near their chilli sauce unless you are hard core chilly tolerant. The rooms are massive & so are their queen size beds. I would definitely return & recommend as they short distance from the airport.”

Most important thing to note for the management: Work on clients attendants and 'serveurs' for a more polite way to handle clients. They should be trained to avoid attitudes while facing clients, which is not happening for the first time🌝”

“We booked last minute at this wonderful establishment. Before we left all my communications were responded to promptly and calmly. The airport shuttle from the hotel was there to meet us and patiently waited for us while we got simcards. After a warm welcome we were introduced to our spotless and spacious room with all the amenities including a coffee station. The breakfasts are fantastic and the pool is a treat. I cannot praise the staff of this hotel highly enough. They work with absolute pride in everything they do. Highly recommended”
