“Nice practical hotel. Food is good, staff is overall friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well designed.
Some points for feedback:
- Service in restaurant for dinner is very slow.. I waited 20 minutes for my drink. Then we waited 1.5 hour for the food and when we got served one of us didn't get their food. Food itself is nice though.
- The music in the lounge where the food is served and the reception is, is in my opinion too loud and also depressing. It seems like somebody put on a Spotify pop list called "emotional love songs to cry to". I think some more happy, perhaps local music would be much nicer. When you stay at the hotel for a week it gets a bit boring.
- Minibar in the room would have been nice. If not to put your own water and drinks :-).”

“Do NOT stay here.
This hotel is running a systematic scam and is the worst establishment I have ever encountered.
I booked a room through a booking site and paid in full in advance.
However, upon arrival, the reception claimed they had no record of my reservation and demanded I pay for the stay again.
Despite showing them my digital receipt and proof of payment, they refused to acknowledge it.
When I asked to speak with a manager, they simply said no one was available.
I was exhausted from my long flight and jet-lagged, so I had no choice but to pay again just to have a place to sleep.
Later, the hotel admitted to the double charge via email and promised a refund via bank transfer.
I reluctantly shared my banking information, but the refund was never sent.
Since then, they have completely ignored all my follow-up emails.
Looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one; others have reported similar financial disputes and unreturned refunds.
Please, save your money and your sanity—stay far away from this hotel.”

“Service was terrible. The staff would just stand looking at you while you’re unloading your boxes and loading back up into the car. My driver had to even ask them to assist us and they wouldn’t help. I can’t even make a food order from my room via the phone, had to go downstairs to the reception to make a food order. In summary the staff and service are very ill mannered and don’t care about you. They can see you struggling and just walk pass you with no care. Both check in and check out was a terrible experience. And the rooms design is terrible because why is the toilet and bathroom smell flowing into the bedroom?? There is no external ventilation from the toilet. It’s just a half door which opens into the bedroom so all the smell from the toilet is into the bedroom.”

“From my first stay at this hotel in 2018 until my recent visit, not much has changed. It remains a very practical hotel, with rooms designed to suit guests in transit or traveling for business.
However, my disappointment also remains the same regarding the slow service when ordering food from the kitchen. In my room, the quality of the towels did not match the overall standard of the hotel, and there were no slippers provided.
Overall, it is still a cozy hotel, but more attention to certain details would greatly improve the guest experience.”

“Let’s start with the positives. This is a beautiful hotel on a steep hillside with incredible views and good food. Breakfast was included daily for those of us at our meeting. There was a really good variety at the breakfast buffet. I stayed in a studio- like room. That was very clean and simple.
I would have given the hotel 5 starts but there were a few issues with my room.”
