The personnel are very hospitable, the ambiance exudes relaxation by the time you open the door, great relaxation tunes, the aroma is pure. The massage experience was superb, Nadine made me feel at ease from the get go and by the time I was done It was just what I needed. Oh and that cup of green tea at the end is everything.
