“Spent five nights at the Manor Hotel. Located in an affluent part of Kigali with wonderful views of the golf course, city and surrounding mountains. Staff are excellent, friendly and attentive. Genuinely cannot fault the service. The food is of particularly good standard. I would recommend the Manor hotel to anyone visiting Kigali.”

“I wish there is a way you can give service below zero. To begin with the reception gave contradicting information although the two ladies apologized one Bernadine* had no even the slightest apology. She blamed her colleagues.
Food please don't even dare. To begin with in the morning something as basic as milk has to be requested as you wait and cereal 🥣 bowls you have to either ask or wait to be washed. Breakfast has the fewest choises I have ever seen . On day one we were told you either talk boiled eggs or nothing atleast for the other days a gracious chef gave an egg variety but thier cleaness let's not even go there
Rooms are basic neat but on one room we found some socks behind the TV that seems to have had better days there.
Unlike other rooms I loved that they had enough supply of water and the TV had enough channels”
