“I was passing through and wanted to spend a night in Kigali, Rwanda. I decided to stay at Legend hotel for one night. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were nice. The furnished room was old. The first room had no hot water. The second room was so small. The sink had no hot water. The shower water was so weak that no water came out. I will never come back”

“Claudia Sowah just now New Business | Solo Their breakfast was good and all but for $60, their washroom in room 209 gives off a smell , and the aroma in kitchen comes to the room anytime they are cooking. It’s choking. The bathroom leaks after a shower. The sliding door was also broken and you need to exert more force to move it. Basically their maintenance culture is poor. The staff were friendly and good. Just overpriced for the kind of rooms they provided.”

The online reservation process was very seamless and easy, the customer service right from the point of check-in to the hotel till we checked out was very satisfactory. The location of the hotel offers a very beautiful view of the city especially from the attic room that was reserved for us. Great hotel. Keep up the great service.”
