“The service and stay was good and worth the value. But unfortunately, I was double charged on my card for my stay. This was checked and stated well before leaving. I was reassured multiple times that management would fix the issue and it would not be a problem. But still to this day I have not been reimbursed.”
“I spent 3 nights at the Nziza View Hotel, and everything was great. They offer an airport pickup for a reasonable price, even when my flight got postponed and then arrived late ! The rooms are good, as well as the food and everybody was very nice. Totally recommend it ! Great value for money”
“Some small corrections and they'll be Great! ✅What went great: -Extremely friendly & helpful Staff: among all the help, general Infos and tips, I was also allowed to leave the room at 3pm, instead of 11 am. I also used their Transfer from/to Airport Service ($15 each way), which I highly suggest. -Very good Food -Good position to quickly reach City center (1.000 Rwf with MotoTaxi). ❌What could be improved: -Double Room booked for 2 People, but only one Bedside table and one Bedside electric plug. -Hot water takes 5/10 minutes to come out. -Some miscommunication between Staff members. -almost every morning (at 6/7 am) there was some noise and loud talking/shouting through the stairs from the Hotel Staff itself. ✴️ All in all, a pretty new Hotel with small flaws, which once corrected will definitely make this choice one of the best in Kigali, in terms of Price/Quality standing point. Should I choose again a Hotel and not a private apartment for my staying in Kigali, I will definitely pick Nziza View Hotel again. They are Family in Kigali! 🇷🇼❤️”
“Very beautiful place. Perfectly clean room. A balcony with a door to open I cluded Moskitonet makes it possible to enjoy the fresh air at night. An amazing view through the city. Very friendly and helpful stuff. The place is quiet and clean and beautiful. Very comfortable beds. At night you oz can sleep perfectly because it's quiet. The area and neighborhood is also very nice. A small typical African market just around the corner shows you the hospitality and friendliness of the people. A bus stop and mototaxis, banks and small supermarkets also just there. Safe area. And a very nice roof top restaurant which invites to spend the day relax and enjoy the amazing view.”
“Initially I was skeptic about the guest house and the management, but it turned out to be one of the best place to be and one of the best service I've ever received in a hotel for some years now. The receptionist Rosline was such a great and welcoming staff, the owner didn't miss a second to make sure that his guests are always at ease. For me, it's not about name or size, but about where a customer is a king, this is the place whenever you think about kigali hotel stay.”
