I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and I was thrilled to find a salon that offers BIAB here. They also offer Russian manicure which is hard to find anywhere! You can book and pay online before you go which saves hassle at the end of your appointment”
“I’ve visited this nail salon three times because the owner’s skills are quite good, but after my most recent experience, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back. Today, I didn’t make an appointment in advance, and the owner seemed really upset about it，I told him if he doesn't have time now I can just leave，and he said he'll give me a favor this time but if just walk in next time again ，he won't receive me，which is like a warn. As a result, the service was extremely awfully with no patience. During the polish process, I felt pain all the time, and he didn’t feel sorry for it. When comes to select color he showed much impatience just left me alone to find color by myself he just plays his phone. The good part is he still made my nails done professionally. The cleanliness of the salon also needs improvement. The floor and tables were quite dirty, and he gave me a damp, dirty towel to dry. After all，I noticed two cuts on my fingers and my sister had a small cut on her foot. This raises concerns about potential infections. The charges were bit pricing(20k just for washing feet and cutting nails)，overall, this was the worst service I've ever received in my life，we even almost had a fight. I could understand this salon might not lacking customers，I can see many good reviews here，but it's still not a reason to be neglectful and arrogant to customers，I came to support your business not to get disappointment.”
“My first time visiting Isaiah‘s nail salon, everyone was friendly, smiling the Nail Tech she was very precise. She loved music. I love music. We both caught each other, singing the same song, so it was a nice bonding between she and I then once she finish doing my nails in order to get them with the final approval the owner Isaiah Completed My Nail art design. The hand massage was phenomenal. I was even offered water to keep me refreshed. Very lovely shop love the music playing that puts you in the vibe of relaxing the cool breeze don’t change anything thing.. I’ll be back. Thank you so much for my awesome looking nails . 💜💜💅”
