“I was very disappointed with our experience at Coco Fizz. While the hotel has a kids’ room, the way the staff treated us was unacceptable. Our babies were abruptly kicked out just because the time was up, with no courtesy or flexibility. We would have gladly paid for more time if that option had been offered, but instead the staff were unnecessarily rude.
Hospitality should make families feel welcome, not uncomfortable. I hope management can work on staff training and customer care, especially when it comes to families with children.”

“We had an amazing stay at this property! Our room was comfortable, and included all standard amenities. We had breakfast included and their breakfast buffet has a great variety. I tried both bars as well, all staff was very attentive and the food was good.
Special shout out to Marcel at the front desk who took great care of us during check in. Danny served us at the downstairs bar, she was very attentive and kind. And at the pool bar Thimotime (I hope i spell his name right) was our server, he was amazing with a great personality. What a great team!”

“Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kigali was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding staff. Both Queens (yes, there were two!) from guest relations went above and beyond — not only asking for feedback on our experience but also preparing our room beautifully to celebrate our ten-year wedding anniversary.
At the front desk, Marcel treated us with so much kindness, and Nathan even walked us to the pharmacy — a gesture we’ll never forget. Louise, the amazing cleaning lady, kept our room spotless while showing genuine care, and Queen (from the breakfast room) along with Antoinette greeted us each morning with cheerful smiles that brightened our days.
The hotel itself is fantastic — comfortable rooms, great amenities, and excellent dining — but it’s the people who make it truly exceptional. We can’t recommend it enough and will definitely return!”

“Parking management really doesn't meet the hotel's standard. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes and just because another client was allowed to par right behind me.
I only managed to leave when the car next to me left and had to maneuver and go around that parked car to exit.
The over-staffed parking personnel were just there saying they were sorry and asking me to ne patient.”
