The redeeming quality of this place is that the security guards are friendly when you enter they greet you with a smile, the relationship banker for opening accounts - Alex, is also very friendly and helps with a smile.
But I’m sorry when it comes to service... not at all a place I would frequent. Luckily they have an app and can cater to most needs there.
I waited a good hour and a half when I went to open an account, and then the second time when I went to fetch my card, there was a problem with the card printing machine. I waaaaaaaited!!! Just to fetch my card, I waited. It was unbelievable.”

“This place all time crowded which make staffs unstable and give not enough service, many customers leave the place unhappy, doenst mean they are not served their service, but it take time to be served,
Parking is not enough which i cam recomend you to look nearby parking before coming here escaping to obstruct other vehicles on the road”

“The service is horrible, the staff are pathetic and unfriendly. They often don't have the answers to your question, not to ignore the dismissive attitude. And they charge you a whooping 2k for using another ATM, something they don't tell you when you open your account. Worst bank ever!”
