“Management needs training! One of the biggest things businesses can do to ensure quality service is have all items that are ON the Menu! I usually come to patronize once or twice a week and time and time again menu items are not available. The last time this past weekend was the worst as the chicken and beef burgers tasted awful and as though they had been frozen and refrozen. This buisness really has an opportunity to shine as many families come to bring their kids to play at Simba Center. Please maintain the quality you started with everyday.”
