“Overall, I had a very good experience with Toyota Rwanda. The staff were professional, friendly, and willing to assist with all my questions. The service was efficient, and the quality of work met my expectations. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and communication about the vehicle’s status was clear.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the process could be a bit faster, especially during busy hours. Still, I highly recommend Toyota Rwanda for their reliability and great customer service.”

“I made an appointment to take my car to be repaired. I told them exactly what the problem was.I took my car in at 8:30 am, and again told them exactly what the problem was. I called at 2 in the afternoon. They asked me again what the problem was. Without a call from Toyota that my car was ready, I returned at 5 pm to pickup the car. It was a simple adjustment that cost 24,000 francs. It should not have taken all day to complete the task.”

“Hybrid rav4 had a critical brake issue from another hybrid solutions place that claimed to be a garage. Did good diagnostics to identify the needed replacements which were hard to find. To save cost and time, they even allowed me to get the expensive parts myself and fixed them in.
They offered clarity and transparency on the issue with the car, spareparts needed, man hours to fix. Two other garages I went to couldnt even give me a part number.
And the mechanic who did it was very good, tipped them too.”

“Toyota Rwanda, they are the worst place in Africa to deal with, literally no parts in stock. We drive a 76 series Landcruiser one of these most common cars in east Africa. Yet the only parts they have is air and oil filter. No bushes for the suspension. But the will order it for you and you will be stuck for 3-4 weeks till the part arrives or some one finally tells you they can’t get it. Worst place ever, staff can’t operate the parts fice …”
